Job Locations and Reviews
I replaced the old basket strainer and garbage disposal, ensuring smooth water flow and efficient waste processing. The new components are reliable and designed for long-lasting performance.
I expertly repaired a 1 1/2 inch water line, ensuring a precise and secure fix. The job was completed efficiently, restoring full functionality.
I replaced the old toilet flange with a new one, ensuring a secure fit and proper alignment. The job was completed efficiently, leaving the area clean and ready for use.
We removed the toilet and the existing wax ring, thoroughly cleaned all old wax residue from the flange and surrounding area, installed a new wax ring, and reset, secured, and properly aligned the toilet. After installation, we fully tested the toilet to confirm proper operation, a watertight seal, and leak-free performance.
We removed the existing water heater and installed a new 40-gallon electric water heater, including the installation of new shut-off valves and an expansion tank. All work includes a one (1) year labor warranty.
We repaired the CPVC water fitting and corrected all identified plumbing issues, excluding a full repipe. This work included reworking existing plumbing, cutting piping as needed, and installing proper couplings where repairs were required. We then installed all necessary plumbing fittings in accordance with code to ensure proper drainage flow and long-term efficiency.
Installed new underground PVC water service line from meter to building, including trenching, bedding, and preparation for backfill.
Our crew saw-cut and removed the concrete inside the unit to access the existing drain line. The obstructed section of piping was cut out and removed. The blockage, caused by debris lodged in the line, was extracted and the system was cleared. All removed concrete and debris were hauled away and disposed of properly. New concrete was poured and finished to restore the area. Proper ventilation and dust control were maintained throughout the project to prevent concrete dust from affecting surrounding apartments. This was a two-day project. System was tested upon completion and is now flowing properly.
Upon arrival, both bathrooms were inspected and found to have completely backed-up toilets and floor drains, indicating a main sewer line blockage. After locating and accessing the cleanouts, our service technician deployed a drain snake and worked it thoroughly through both access points in an effort to reach and clear the obstruction while also addressing any additional buildup within the system. The clog was successfully cleared from the men’s bathroom cleanout, restoring proper flow throughout the line. To confirm functionality, both toilets were flushed multiple times, and water was run continuously to ensure full drainage and performance of the system. Once proper operation was verified, both bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, removing all traces of sewage and leaving the area in proper working and sanitary condition.
When we arrived on site, we noticed water and solids were overflowing from the toilet and the shower. We carefully tried to clean water up with Crawltec as we removed the toilet. They continuously vacuumed water all over the floor and from toilet flange. We ran a snake and were finally able to clear the clog. Washed out shower and got rid of solids and water. Ran a snake and removed toilet.
I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed the installation of a shower at an apartment complex.
I repiped all fixtures for every drain and stack throughout the home. This involved removing all cast iron pipes and replacing them with new copper pipes.
I repaired a sewer line at an apartment complex.
Upon arrival, our technician was greeted by the store manager, who led us to the restrooms experiencing issues. Upon entering the men’s bathroom, our technician immediately noted dried sewage on the floor and a strong septic odor. Further investigation led to the clean-out located behind the toilet, which was accessed by removing the wall cover and clean-out cap. The technician then ran the inspection camera, which became fully submerged in standing water within 8 feet. Continuing the inspection, an obstruction was encountered approximately 25 feet downstream. The camera was removed, and our technician proceeded to snake the drain line. Snaking the line revealed a blockage caused by feminine hygiene products. Once cleared, both toilets were tested and confirmed to be flushing and functioning at 100%. A follow-up camera inspection confirmed that, while both fixtures were operating properly, standing water remained in the line. The camera again became fully submerged with limited visi
I replaced a shower head in a bathroom.
I just finished a full septic upgrade for this home: ✅ Installed septic risers for easy access and future maintenance no more digging every 3–5 years! ✅ Replaced and installed 100 ft of 4-inch sewer main with a cleanout at the house for hassle-free service down the road ✅ Backfilled, seeded, and strawed the area so the yard will recover beautifully 🌱
I was called to inspect a septic tank that had not been pumped in over 15 years. Upon inspection, I observed significant grease buildup on both sides of the tank. The tank had only been pumped twice, once approximately 15 years ago and again about 3 years ago. At the homeowner's request, I left the tank exposed but put the septic lids back on.
I was called out to a store at West Town Mall to fix a leak. It was a simple fix, so I didn't charge the store owner for it, just the travel fee.
Upon arrival at the property, our technician met with the customer, who directed us to the failing water heater. A thorough inspection revealed significant leakage through the gas igniter and down to the base of the unit, confirming that the water heater had failed completely and required replacement. After discussing options with the homeowner, it was agreed to proceed with a direct swap installation. The appropriate replacement water heater and necessary materials were retrieved, and the removal process began. The existing water heater was safely disconnected and removed. The new water heater was then set in place and installed, with the water lines reconnected using ProPress couplings to ensure a secure and reliable seal. The gas supply line was properly reconnected, and the venting system was rerouted to accommodate the new unit’s slightly different vent discharge location. Once all connections were made, the water supply was restored, and the system was tested thoroughly. Al
Upon arrival, I met with the customer, who directed me to the affected septic system that was reportedly backing up. Upon inspection, I confirmed that both the septic tank and the pump station were intact but completely full. I then began troubleshooting the power supply to the pumps to determine the cause of failure. At the junction box located next to the pump station, I discovered a serious hazard: the box was left wide open, with a nest of exposed wires twisted together and making contact with one another. Tracing the issue back to the building, I located the pump control panel. Upon opening the panel, I found that a bird had entered the box, built a nest, and unfortunately died after becoming entangled in the wiring. With the breakers flipped off, it was determined that the entire wiring system presents a significant safety hazard. For this reason, we strongly recommend that all wiring associated with the pump system be replaced.
I arrived at the daycare facility and met with the staff, who explained that they had been experiencing a recurring clog. I used the two existing cleanouts to access the main sewer line and advanced the inspection camera through it. I encountered a double-Y fitting that appeared to have been installed backwards, which is not permitted for underground use. The remainder of the sewer system appeared to be in good condition with no other issues detected.
Installed new Delta classic 500 alcove 60 x 32“ tub shower combo.
began by shutting off the main water supply to the home and draining the water system to allow for a clean and proper repair. I then removed the existing faulty shut-off valve and replaced it with a new one, securely reconnecting the water lines. Once everything was installed, I turned the system back on and tested the new valve to confirm it is operating properly with no leaks.
Our skilled service technicians carefully removed the existing overflow trim plates and gasket seals, replacing them with new gaskets and a properly fitted trim plate to ensure a secure seal on the overflow drain. In addition, we resealed around the existing tub spout, as there is currently a significant gap that is allowing water to penetrate the shower walls and leak into the ceiling below. Once the resealing process was complete, our team conducted a thorough retest for leaks to confirm that the system is properly sealed and functioning as intended.
I replaced a broken cast-iron sewer line in a basement using a partial repipe process. I cut and removed sections of concrete to access the pipe and replaced it with PVC piping. After the new pipe was installed, I re-poured the concrete to restore the basement floor.
