John and his team at Payne’s Plumbing did a wonderful job on a major repair for us. We had a rental that could not use toilets, showers, and sinks. We called Payne’s and they went out the same day to diagnose the problem and were out the next day to fix the issue! Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!

John and Jesse were awesome! They weren't even originally supposed to do the job however they made sure we were number 1 priority when an accidental construction project cut our water. They made sure our water was back on, very honest, timely and even answering after hours calls! Will definitely keep the business card and number for anything in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about John and Payne’s Plumbing. After buying a new home, I ran into an unexpected issue that forced me to postpone my tankless water heater installation. Once everything was resolved, I reached back out expecting to schedule for another day. Instead, John told me he could still make it out that same day. Not only did he install the tankless water heater, but he also took the time to look over a few other plumbing concerns I had and answered all of my questions. That kind of customer service is hard to find. John is honest, professional, and takes pride in his work—and it shows. I wish I could rate the service I received with more than 5 stars. I called yesterday evening (on a Sunday) about my septic pump alarm going off, and they had someone at my house by noon the next day. Not only was the problem quickly resolved, every question I had was thoroughly answered by Jesse and Jesse. They walked me through everything they were doing, helped me understand what had happened, and resolved my issue. They were professional, kind, and comforting in a stressful situation. The thing that stood out most was how friendly and caring they were towards my situation. You can tell they truly want to help people and that shows in the heart they have for the customer and their job. I would 100% recommend Payne’s Plumbing and Electric.
